Hi - I’m Kristen Lightner, founder of KKL Research.

I started my career in higher education, teaching and working in academic affairs at Texas A&M University and St. Edward’s University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a focus on research methods.
I now partner with founders, consulting firms, marketing teams, think tanks and executives to deliver research and analysis that drives smarter decisions.
At the end of the day, what I love most is simple: turning messy questions into clarity and giving my clients the confidence to move forward.
